Doors Open Days is a national event run by Scottish Civic Trust. Information about the national programme, including event listings, can be found at www.doorsopendays.org.uk. Doors Open Days, along with Scottish Archaeology Month, take place throughout Scotland in September and are part of European Heritage Days.
Glasgow Building Preservation Trust is a charity that works to rescue, restore and champion buildings of architectural and historic merit in Glasgow. Participating in the wider urban regeneration of the city, GBPT aims to encourage the use of traditional building skills and materials, provide exemplars of best practice in building conservation and work in partnership with local communities and key stakeholders to support and promotes the city's built environment.
