The Architectural Heritage Society of Scotland encourages the protection, preservation, study and appreciation of Scotland’s historic buildings. We have over 1000 members throughout Scotland and beyond, arranged in to six regional groups each with their own trips, events and casework.

The Society produces an academic journal and a magazine each year, the former being the only publication of new architectural heritage research in the country. We also campaign on major heritage issues to ensure the sensitive and appropriate use of the historic environment.
